As health and care systems continue their digital transformation journeys, connected data is becoming central to delivering safer, faster and more joined-up patient care. Join Leeds Digital Health for an engaging discussion exploring the evolution of connected care records, including Shared Care Records, the emerging vision of the Single Patient Record, and the data platforms helping to make them possible.
This session will examine how integrated data is supporting clinicians, operational teams and patients across the NHS and wider care ecosystem. We’ll also take a closer look at the technologies and platforms underpinning these ambitions, including Federated Data Platforms (FDPs), interoperability approaches, and modern health data architectures. Whether you're involved in digital transformation, data strategy, clinical systems, analytics or frontline care, this event will provide practical insight into the opportunities, challenges and future direction of connected healthcare data.
A Health Tech Community in Leeds
Leeds Digital Health is a community initiative to bring together healthcare and technical professionals, recognising Leeds as a hub for healthcare and technology innovation.
There are many innovative healthcare companies and organisations operating in Leeds; so we wanted to create opportunities to share, learn from each other, and celebrate the fantastic work that is being done.
We plan to do this by holding regular meet-ups in a hybrid ‘virtual’ and ‘in-person’ setting. At each event we will be showcasing the work that is being done across the community by inviting speakers to do a ‘TED-style’ talk, and will be discussing a range of subjects, from product creation to the impact of those in the healthcare setting.
For those who physically attend, the event will be followed by an opportunity to network over food and drinks. We hope these events and talks will highlight the brilliant people, technologies, and healthcare initiatives that are coming out of Leeds.
