Mona has been part of the clinical team at NHS Digital for just over 7 years. Bringing her expertise in clinical operations of remote care services and service transformation, Mona has most recently applied her expertise to establishing the Clinical Governance and assurance framework at NHS Digital.
This builds on her inhouse experience, with senior clinical responsibility, for content products such as nhs.uk and NHS Pathways, and system enablers, the Apps Library (now Digital Assessment Questionnaire) and Citizen ID (NHS Login). Mona continues to practise as a GP in Derbyshire.
